What we collect

Only what you send us. If you use the contact form, that is your name, email address, organisation (optional), the topic you choose and your message. If you email or call us, we receive the details you give us there.

Please do not send classified or sensitive operational information through this website.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and keep a record of that conversation. If you write about a role, to consider your application. We do not sell your details and do not use them for advertising. By submitting the form you consent to this use, and you can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.

Who handles it

The contact form is relayed to our inbox by Web3Forms, which processes your entries on our behalf. This website is hosted by Hostinger, whose servers keep routine technical logs such as IP addresses. Your details may therefore be processed outside India. We share your details with no one else unless the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own site. Links to LinkedIn and other sites take you away from this website, and their own policies apply there.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and for our business records afterwards. You may ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance with us at info@pratyax.in. We aim to reply within 30 days. This policy is written with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.

If we change how this website handles personal data, we will update this page and its date.
